Everything you need to know before booking your free call.
We get on a 30-minute call — no agenda, just a conversation. I want to understand what you're actually trying to achieve. Are you trying to get something done, like launching a newsletter or moving to a new device? Or do you want to learn a skill, like how to use AI properly or how to edit your own videos?
Most people want a bit of both. Once I understand your situation, I map out exactly what we'll work on together and give you a clear picture of how many sessions it will take. You walk away from that call knowing exactly what the plan is — even if you decide not to book.
That's what the discovery call is for. Once I understand what you're trying to do, I can give you an honest estimate. Some things take one session. Some take three or four. I'll tell you upfront — and if it ends up taking less time than I estimated, that's great for you.
I don't pad estimates. You only ever pay for the time we actually use.
That's completely fine — it's actually the most common situation. Most people know something isn't working, or they know they're behind on something, but they're not sure where to start.
That's exactly what the discovery call is designed to untangle. You just show up and we figure it out together. There's no pressure and nothing to prepare.
We connect on a video call and we work through your plan together — in real time, on your actual setup. If we're launching your newsletter, I'll walk you through every step: picking the tool, setting up the account, writing your first email, getting your signup form live. You do it with me, not after me.
If we're sorting out your next laptop, we'll go through your requirements, compare the real options, and I'll give you a clear recommendation with a reason. No fluff, no affiliate links — just an honest answer.
Every session ends with something done, not just discussed.
Absolutely — that's half of what I do. If you want to learn how to use AI in your daily work, how to edit your own videos, how to take better photos on your iPhone, or how to write and post consistently on LinkedIn — we can do that.
The difference from a course or a YouTube tutorial is that it's built around you. Your tools, your workflow, your actual goals. You ask questions in real time and we don't move on until it clicks.
Zoom or Google Meet — whichever you're more comfortable with. You'll share your screen so I can see exactly what you're looking at, and I can share mine when I need to show you something. It's the closest thing to sitting next to each other without being in the same room.
That's normal, and it's why we plan the number of sessions upfront. If we don't finish in one go, we pick up exactly where we left off in the next one. Your hours don't expire, so there's no rush.
I also make sure we always end each session at a logical stopping point — so you're never left halfway through something that doesn't work.
If you're on a subscription plan, async support via WhatsApp or email is included — and I'll get back to you the same day. For hour bank clients, I'm happy to answer short follow-up questions over email without dipping into your hours. If something needs proper time and focus, we'll book a session for it.
Hour bank hours never expire. Buy a pack, use it whenever you need it. There's no deadline and no pressure to rush through sessions.
Subscription hours roll over up to 2 months, so if you have a quiet month you don't lose them immediately. After 2 months of rollover, unused hours do expire — but the idea is that you're using me regularly, not stockpiling.
Yes. Your hours are yours to use however you like. One session might be setting up your AI workflow. The next might be sorting your file storage. The one after that might be learning to edit videos. There are no restrictions on topic — as long as it's digital, we can work on it.
You just top up with another pack. Because I scope the work before we start, we're rarely caught off guard — but if something turns out to be more complex than expected, I'll flag it early rather than burn through your hours without telling you.
Hour bank is pay-as-you-go. You buy a pack, use it for a specific goal, and that's it. It's great if you have a one-off project or you're not sure how often you'll need help.
Subscriptions are for people who want ongoing access. You get a set number of hours each month at a lower per-hour rate, plus priority booking and async support. It's for people who want to keep improving their setup over time, not just solve one problem.
For bigger builds — a full website, an email marketing system, a custom automation setup — we scope and price those as fixed projects rather than hourly sessions. That way you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we start. Bring it up on the discovery call and I'll give you a straight answer.
Me. Every time. There are no junior staff, no handoffs, no ticket queues. You book a call with me, you get on a call with me, we work through it together. That's the whole point.
Yes — honestly, you're exactly who this is for. The people who get the most out of these sessions are the ones who are capable and smart, but just haven't had time to figure the tech side out. You don't need to know anything in advance. I'll meet you where you are and we'll move at a pace that works for you.
I don't use jargon. I don't make you feel silly for asking basic questions. And I won't push you onto tools you don't need.
Yes. A one-hour session is plenty to sort most things — and often, what feels like a small problem turns out to connect to a slightly bigger one that's worth fixing properly while we're at it.
A lot of people book one session thinking it'll be simple, and end up relieved they did it properly rather than half-fixing it on their own.
I'll tell you upfront — before you spend any money. If it's genuinely outside what I do, I'd rather say so than take your hours and deliver something substandard. In practice this doesn't happen often. If it's digital, we've probably covered it — but if something comes up that I'm not the right person for, I'll be straight with you.
That's the goal. I show you how — not just do it for you and leave you dependent on me for every small thing. By the end of a session you should understand what we did and feel confident repeating it yourself.
Some things you'll want help with again as they evolve. But the baseline should always be: you leave more capable than when you arrived.
